Includes materials pertaining to the Jurupa Ditch and Trujillo Ditch companies as well as associated land exchanges facilitated by Samuel C. Evans, a prominent businessman and owner of the Riverside Land and Irrigation Company. Legal documents, meeting minutes, business correspondence, maps, and other business records related to the Bandini Donation are also included.
